Shipping & Delivery Policy

STARIZ.PK offers delivery anywhere in Pakistan through available courier services.

Payment before dispatch

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders are dispatched after payment has been received and confirmed by STARIZ.PK.

Courier delivery

Physical products are sent through an appropriate courier service based on the destination and the type of product. Delivery availability and courier charges, where applicable, are confirmed during order processing.

Delivery time

Delivery time can vary according to the destination, courier service, product availability and circumstances outside our control. We will provide available dispatch or tracking information when applicable.

Receiving your order

Please inspect the parcel and product as soon as practical after delivery and contact STARIZ.PK promptly if there is a delivery-related issue.

Important: Payment to STARIZ.PK is required before dispatch. Payment is not collected by the courier at delivery.
