Hosting, domains, VPS and email services follow renewal, suspension and resource usage rules.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing STARIZ.PK or using any official STARIZ.PK service, website, subdomain, product page, client area, WhatsApp support or digital delivery channel, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
2. STARIZ.PK Network
STARIZ.PK operates multiple technology portals including software, hosting, domains, WordPress products, PC games, computers, laptops and accessories. These terms apply to all official STARIZ.PK websites and services unless a specific page or invoice states otherwise.
3. Orders, Pricing and Payments
- Customers must confirm product availability, final price and payment details before sending payment.
- Prices may change without prior notice due to supplier rates, currency changes, domain registry updates or product availability.
- Orders are processed after payment verification, required information and product availability confirmation.
- Payment screenshot, invoice number, transaction ID or domain name may be required for faster verification.
4. Software Keys and Digital Products
Digital products may include software keys, subscriptions, setup files, activation details, downloadable resources, Google Drive links, WordPress products, PC games and other digital services.
- Digital goods are generally non-returnable once delivered.
- Customers should confirm system compatibility before purchasing.
- Activation, installation or setup support may be provided where applicable.
- Updates, warranty and usage period depend on the product type and order terms.
5. Hosting, Domains, VPS and Email Services
- Hosting, domains, VPS, business email and related services may be managed through the STARIZ.PK client area.
- Customers are responsible for renewing services before expiry.
- Unpaid invoices may result in suspension, expiry, loss of access or deletion according to service rules.
- Domain registration, renewal, transfer and redemption fees are generally non-refundable once processed.
- Customers are responsible for website content, scripts, email usage, DNS settings and account credentials.
6. Backups and Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups of websites, emails, databases, files, license details and important data. While some hosting services may include backup options, STARIZ.PK does not guarantee recovery in every situation.
7. Computers, Laptops and Accessories
Hardware items may include new, used, refurbished or secondary-market products depending on availability and listing details.
- Refurbished devices may have cosmetic marks, battery variation or normal usage signs.
- Warranty, testing period and condition should be confirmed before purchase.
- Warranty may be void if a device is opened, modified, misused, physically damaged or repaired by an unauthorized person.
8. Prohibited Use
Customers may not use STARIZ.PK services for malware, phishing, spam, fraud, illegal content, copyright infringement, resource abuse, unauthorized file storage, hacking, abusive email activity or any activity that may harm our services, network, customers or providers.
9. Support and Communication
Support may be provided through WhatsApp, email, client area or remote tools such as TeamViewer/AnyDesk where applicable. Customers should provide clear order details, screenshots, domain names, invoice numbers and error messages for faster support.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
- Refund eligibility depends on the product/service type and delivery status.
- Digital products are generally final once delivered.
- Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, SSL certificates and certain third-party services are usually non-refundable once processed.
- For eligible hosting refund requests, usage days, gateway charges, domain fees or setup costs may be deducted where applicable.
11. Limitation of Liability
STARIZ.PK is not liable for indirect loss, business loss, data loss, downtime, third-party service failure, supplier delay, registry decision, software compatibility issue, customer-side misconfiguration or loss caused by weak passwords, malware, outdated scripts or misuse.
12. Changes to Terms
STARIZ.PK may update these terms at any time. Continued use of STARIZ.PK websites, products or services means you accept the updated terms. Last Updated: July 14, 2026.
