Terms of Service

Applicable to whom who have Domain and Hosting services from us

Dated: 11-April-2022

This Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) contains the complete terms and conditions which govern your use of Web hosting, Domain Registrations, e-commerce, Dedicated Servers, and other services provided by STARIZ.PK (the “Services”). In this Agreement, “STARIZ.PK”, “STARIZ”, “we”, “us” means STARIZ.PK and “Client”, “you”, or “your” means YOU. By buying any of our hosting package, you acknowledge that you have read the Agreement, and you agree to its terms, conditions and all policies. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in account suspension or termination, the determination made at the sole discretion of Hoster, on a case-to-case basis.

In addition to the following, the Acceptable Use Policies provide more detailed information regarding what is acceptable use of our products and services. Please note that accounts terminated due to violation of our terms and conditions found below e.g. the customers lack of knowledge or experience with web basics.

STARIZ.PK provides hosting services to clients worldwide, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available. All registered clients of STARIZ.PK agree to and are subject to our Privacy Policy and the following Terms of Services:

Clients acknowledge that the service provided is of such a nature that service can be interrupted for many reasons other than the negligence of STARIZ.PK and that damages resulting from any interruption of service are difficult to ascertain. Therefore, clients agree that STARIZ.PK shall not be liable for any damages arising from such causes beyond the direct and exclusive control of STARIZ.PK.

Subscriber further acknowledges that STARIZ.PK’s liability for its own negligence may not in any event exceed an amount equivalent to charges payable by subscriber for services during the period damages occurred. In no event shall STARIZ.PK be held liable for any special or consequential damages, loss or injury.


1.1     You agree to use all STARIZ.PK services and facilities at your own risk. STARIZ.PK specifically disclaims all warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall STARIZ.PK be liable for any loss, or loss of data, or other commercial damage, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other damages. Clients agree that they shall defend, indemnify, save and hold STARIZ.PK harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees asserted against STARIZ.PK, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided, performed, agreed to be performed or any product sold by its customers, its agents, employees or assigns. Clients agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless STARIZ.PK against liabilities arising out of any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with STARIZ.PK’s network.

1.2     STARIZ.PK reserves the right to intervene with any website/data hosted on its servers/network in the interest of its clients. Any material supplied/hosted by a client that is infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party copyright owner are subject to removal from STARIZ.PK’s servers/network. STARIZ.PK shall be the sole judge of what violates this policy.

1.3     Age Restriction: You are eighteen (18) years of age or older. The Services are intended solely for Users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Any registration, use of or access to the Services, by anyone under eighteen (18) is unauthorized and is a violation of this Agreement.

1.4     Third Party: If you use the Services on behalf of another party you agree that you are authorized to bind such other party to this Agreement and to act on such other party’s behalf with respect to any actions you take in connection with the Services.

1.5     Contact Information: It is your responsibility to provide accurate, current, and complete information on the registration forms, including an email address that is different from the domain you are signing up under. If there is ever an abuse issue or we need to contact you, we will use the primary email address we have on file. It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information for your account, including any domain accounts is accurate, correct and complete at all times. This information may be verified by us at any time by asking for a copy of your CNIC or calling you on your phone number. We are not responsible for any lapse in the Services, including without limitation, any lapsed domain registrations due to outdated contact information being associated with the domain. If you need to verify or change your contact information, please contact our team via email or update your contact information through our support system. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. For dedicated server purchases or in certain other cases, you may be required to provide government issued identification and possibly a scan of the credit card used for verification purposes. Failure to provide the information requested may result in your order being denied.

1.6     Account Security: You agree to be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place through your account. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and other information related to the security of your account. It is your responsibility to ensure that scripts/programs installed under your account are secure and permissions of directories are set properly, regardless of the installation method. When at all possible, set permissions on most directories to as restrictive as possible. Users are ultimately responsible for all actions taken under their account. This includes the compromise of credentials such as username and password. You are required to use a secure password. If a weak password is used, your account may be suspended until you agree to use a more secure password. Audits may be done to prevent weak passwords from being used. If an audit is performed, and your password is found to be weak, we will notify you and allow time for you to change or update your password before suspending your account.


2.1     It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date, and that all invoices are paid on time. You agree to pay for the Services in advance of the time period during which such Services are provided. Subject to applicable laws, rules, and regulations, at our sole discretion, payments may be applied to outstanding invoices in your billing account.

2.2     At this time, we bill monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually, depending upon the plan. We provide a 7-day money-back (refund) guarantee if we wouldn’t provide you services which we promised for. Each refund request must be submitted using our support ticket system. Each refund request is evaluated on a case by case basis – depending on the situation, no refund, full refund or partial refund will be issued. If a refund is not issued, an account credit may be issued. STARIZ.PK will only issue a refund or credit within 7 days after the initial sign up date of the service. Therefore, STARIZ.PK retains the right to grant or deny any refund or credit request – not affected by date. (For some special offers, the money-back guarantee day will be varied; Domain Name registration/transfer fee(s) are non-refundable. Crypto Currency payments are non-refundable but may receive an account credit. To prevent abuse, only a client’s first invoice is eligible for a refund unless stated otherwise.

2.3     We accept IBFT, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, USDT (Tether). All services are setup, free of any fees or charges. Overseas clients are encouraged to pay by Crypto currency USDT (Tether) or BTC as it is the easiest way to handle payments at this time. There are no contract periods but for each successive period, your contract is automatically renewed unless we are notified otherwise.

2.4     Domain and Hosting Registration and Renewal: Registration or renewal should be work upon payment. It won’t be done without payment in any case, so please do not ask for any favor in this regard, as it is a professional work so please be positive.

2.5     Up-Gradation in Hosting Plan: If you want to upgrade your Hosting Plan then we only charge the difference between the current plan to the new Plan which you require. Somehow, in this case current expiry date of plan won’t be change.

2.6     Down-Gradation in Hosting Plan: We do not offer down-grade option in any Hosting Plan. But if you still want a lower Plan then we suggest you to Sign-up from the scratch.

2.7     Renewal Policies: Upon renewal of Domain, kindly visit our Domain Registration page for the fees. Hosting Renewal are different from the very first Sign-up as it is mentioned separately alongside with discounted prices;

2.8     Change in Prices: STARIZ.PK reserves the right to change prices, currency, the monthly payment amount, or any other charges at any time. However payments made in other currencies such as Pakistani Rupees are pegged with the US Dollar and will fluctuate with the foreign exchange. It is your sole responsibility to periodically review billing information provided by us or through other methods of communication, including notices sent or posted by us. 

2.9     Government Taxes: Listed fees for the Services do not include any applicable sales, use, revenue, excise or other taxes imposed by any taxing authority in particular Federal and Provincial Sales Tax, unless otherwise provided. Any applicable taxes will be added to your invoice as a separate charge to be paid by you and if they are not added paying them is your own responsibility. By agreeing to this agreement, you agree that all Sales Tax will be paid by you if you have not paid it to STARIZ.PK. All fees are non-refundable when paid unless otherwise stated.

2.10   Late Payment or Non-Payment: Any invoice that is outstanding may result in the suspension or termination of all Services running under your kind account. Access to the account will not be restored until payment has been received. If you fail to pay the fees as specified herein, we may suspend or terminate your account(s) and pursue the collection costs incurred by STARIZ.PK, including without limitation, any arbitration and legal fees, and lawyer fees. We will not activate new orders or activate new packages for customers who have an outstanding balance on their account.

2.11    Hosting Renewal After Expiry: If you want to renew expired hosting then STARIZ.PK may charge extra fees as mentioned below. Another option is if you don’t want to renew Hosting but you need your data which include home directory, emails, databases then we deduct the Hosting renewal charges.

Scenario 1 > If your Hosting expire today and then you want to renew your hosting on next day then you have to pay cPanel retrieval charges which is Rs.500 excluding the renewal charges of your existing Hosting Plan. After 30 days of expiry Scenario 2 will be applicable incase if you want to renew your Hosting with the existing Data you left.

Scenario 2 > If you want to renew Hosting with the previous data including Website, Email, Database then we charge Rs.1000 for each month from the last expiry date. For example if your old hosting expired on 5th January and today is 5th July then you have to pay Rs.1000 x 6 (6 months) = Rs.6000 + the plan you want to renew which start from current date.

Scenario 3 > If you want to renew Hosting and you don’t need your old data then just pay the normal charges as mentioned on the website, but this time discount won’t be available.

2.11    Domain Renewal Before or After Expiry:

Scenario 1 – Before Expiry > Renew your Domain before the expiry date to avoid Redemption / Auction charges.  We always send you an Email before the expiry of Domain approx. 29, 10 and 3 days before the expiry, as well as remind you through WhatsApp to renew your Domain. Scenario 2 – After Expiry > If you don’t renew your registration before it expires:

From days 1 to 30* after expiration, your domain name will be placed on hold (Grace Period), meaning that viewers will no longer be able to get to your website. There is no additional fee to renew during this time period. Renewals will be charged at the standard rate. See the list of supported TLDs and prices to determine the standard rate for renewing your domain.

From days 31 to 60* after expiration, your domain name will be prepared for deletion. You may still be able to restore your domain name, but there will be an additional fee to restore it, thats we call Redemption Charges. The restoration fee is set by the registry. Each top-level domain (TLDs) or domain endings will have its own fee. Say is normal Domain renewal charges is $12 then it would be $12×10=$120 excluding the renewal $12.

61 days* after expiration, If you still haven’t renew your Domain then your domain will soon be deleted, and then available for others to buy at normal price or worst scenario if it’s available through Auction price which might be over $1000 in most cases.


3.1     STARIZ.PK offers each client with a 99.9% uptime guarantee. In the event that a 99.9% uptime (measured per month) is not met, clients will be eligible to receive a credit(s) based on the situation and amount of downtime. However credit(s) may not be provided for certain events such as: DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attacks, scheduled maintenance, reboots, hardware replacements and null-routes. In order to receive a “compensation” credit, the client must do so by making a request by opening a billing ticket or by emailing support.

3.2     STARIZ.PK’s network is DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) protected, we cannot guarantee any level/type of protection. We are often able to protect against various types of attacks up to 20Gbps. Attacks that are larger than this will result in the target IP address being null-routed. We are not responsible for any downtime or performance decreases caused by DDoS attacks.

3.3     404 Error Page: In the event you fail to configure a 404 error page, a default 404 error page will be configured by STARIZ.PK to appear in the event an Internet user enters a URL related to your domain but for which no file is associated. By not configuring a 404 error page, you hereby consent to and authorize STARIZ.PK’s placement of a default 404 error page and its associated content on your website. STARIZ.PK’s 404 error page may contain advertisements and other materials selected by STARIZ.PK in the STARIZ.PK’s sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, third-party websites, third-party product and service offerings, and/or Internet search engines. You may change the 404 error page configuration at any time. STARIZ.PK reserves the right to collect and retain all revenue obtained from such advertising and other materials.

3.4     Third Party Services: STARIZ.PK does not make any representations or warranties regarding, and is not liable for, the quality, availability, or timeliness of goods or services provided by a third party provider. You undertake all transactions with these third party providers at your own risk. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information regarding third party providers. STARIZ.PK is not an agent, representative, trustee or fiduciary of you or the third party provider in any transaction.

3.5     Resold Products: We may act as a reseller or sub licensor of certain third party services, hardware, software and equipment used in connection with the Services (“Resold Products”). We shall not be responsible for any changes in the Services that cause any Resold Products to become obsolete, require modification or alteration, or otherwise affect the performance of the Services. Any malfunction or manufacturer’s defects of Resold Products, either sold, sublicensed or provided by us to you will not be deemed a breach of STARIZ.PK’s obligations under this Agreement. Any rights or remedies you may have regarding the ownership, licensing, performance or compliance of any Resold Product are limited to those rights extended to you by the manufacturer of such Resold Product. You are entitled to use any Resold Product supplied by us only in connection with your use of the Services as permitted under this Agreement. You shall make no attempt to copy, alter, reverse engineer, or tamper with such Resold Product or to use it other than in connection with the Services. You shall not resell, transfer, export or re-export any Resold Product, or any technical data derived therefrom, in violation of any applicable law, rules or regulations.

3.6     Data Center: We reserve the right to migrate your account from one data-center to another in order to comply with applicable data center policies, local law or for technical or other reasons without notice.

3.7    Account Suspension: Continuous overuse of server resources may also result in account suspension/termination. Any account using 25% CPU / Memory resources for more than 60 seconds, resulting from the single or combined use of FTP, CGI Scripts, HTML or MySql resources will result in account suspension.

3.8    Provision of the Services: You agree to cooperate fully with us in connection with our provision of the Services. It is solely your responsibility to provide any equipment or software that may be necessary for your use of the Services. To the extent that the performance of any of our obligations under this Agreement may depend upon your performance of your obligations, STARIZ.PK is not responsible for any delays due to your failure to timely perform your obligations.You are solely responsible for ensuring that all User Content and User Websites are compatible with the hardware and software used by us to provide the Services, which may be changed by us from time to time in our sole discretion.

3.9     Data Loss Issue: You are solely responsible for backing-up all User Content, including but not limited to, any User Websites. STARIZ.PK does not warrant that we back-up any User Content, and you agree to accept the risk of loss of any and all User Content.

3.10    Website / cPanel / Webmail not working issue: Incase of three invalid login on cpanel or webmail by a client or any other person, we block their IP address so website not remain present on their IP address as well as CPanel and Webmail become invalid, but from other IP address website and other services running fine. So whenever this happen with you, contact us at 0333-3098070 and let us know your IP address so we unblock them. To find out your current IP address visit: www.catchmyip.com

3.11    Email issues on Shared Hosting: If your web site hosted on a shared server then the email server could be overloaded sometimes. An email server has to make an outgoing connection to send each email message. When an email server has many requests for sending email, the emails are held in a Mail queue and sent out a one at a time. An overloaded server with many mail requests will cause a delay in sending mail which may cause an error like (Domain xyz.com.pk has exceed the max defers and failures per hour (5/5 (75%)) allowed). Message discarded. It is because mail server try to send an email 5 times on a particular email address and for some reason unable to sent it because of any reason like Outlook setting issue, receipt mailbox is full or any other issue on other side. Would in that case wait for 1 hour and then try to send an email manually on that address just for confirmation.

Our Shared Hosting accounts have a maximum hourly email limit of 100, so if your email is in queue then you have to wait for it’s delivery and if someone sending bulk email in quick session then sometimes it may bounce back by the server. This limit is removed for VPS and Dedicated Hosting, however. This means that domains on those accounts can send out an unlimited amount of emails per hour. Sometimes a spammer will find an exploit on the server and start sending massive amounts of spam, this will overload the mail server. In that case our server block sending email through any particular email or cPanel account which causing an spamming issue. Somehow, we suggest you to buy ‘GSuite’ for email. Send professional email from your business web address (you@example.com) and create group mailing lists like sales@example.com.

3.12    Addon Domain & their issues: Our services are limited to your Primary Domain, which hosted on our server. We are not facilitate any addon domain which is hosted in your cPanel. We suggest to buy a separate cPanel for each Domain as sometimes addon domain having issue related to website or emails, which may effect delay website loading time and as well as delay in emails for both Primary and Addon Domain.

3.13    Disk Space Abuse  (For unlimited Hosting & Bandwidth clients): The space we provide for hosting should not be used as a storage medium for your files or data. At least 90% of your web pages must be ‘linked’ with files (GIF, JPEG, etc.) stored on Host servers. Website that are found to contain either/or no HTML documents, a large number of unlinked files or videos over 30MB are subject to files deletion or account cancelation. As well as Unlimited Hosting Accounts are also bound with fair use policy which include 10GB – 20GB as per the Package.

3.14    Account Resources Abuse: Continuous overuse of server resources may also result in account suspension / termination. Any account using 25% CPU / Memory resources for more than 60 seconds, resulting from the single or combined use of FTP, CGI Scripts, HTML or MySql resources will result in account suspension.

3.15   Technical Support Boundaries: STARIZ.PK provides technical support for you that encompasses within our area of expertise only. Such expertise includes assistance, installation, troubleshooting, and debugging, and any other hosting related issues. However, in under no circumstances is STARIZ.PK neither obligated to help you in providing assistance for any coding related issues, errors produced by any applications.

3.16   Backups and Data Loss: You use our services on your own sole risk. STARIZ.PK is not responsible for files, data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate local backups of files and data stored on our servers.

STARIZ.PK only provide you services which not covered any support in terms of build a website, email linking or any other things which related to hosting or domain redirection.

3.17   Limitation of Liability: STARIZ.PK shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from STARIZ.PK servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, STARIZ.PK shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of STARIZ.PK servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.



4.1     STARIZ.PK cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. STARIZ.PK has the right to terminate, suspend or cancel any client and or any service without notice or refund. We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits/income in which a client would have gained if their service was functioning. Certain services provided by STARIZ.PK are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software, and programming used by STARIZ.PK are not directly owned or written by STARIZ.PK. Moreover, STARIZ.PK holds no responsibility for the use of our clients’ accounts. If any of our terms, policies or conditions are failed to be followed, the client account in question may be deactivated as well as all services/products attached to it. We reserve the right to remove any account without advance notice for any reason without restitution as STARIZ.PK sees fit. STARIZ.PK is not responsible for any clients files, data or actions. FURTHERMORE, STARIZ.PK retains the right to change any or all of the above Policies, Guidelines, and Disclaimer without notification.


5.1     This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of the Services and is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this AUP have the meanings provided to them in the Terms of Service. We may modify this AUP at any time without notice.

5.2     You shall use the Services only for lawful purposes. Transmission, storage, or display of any information, data, or material in violation of applicable laws or regulations, especially of the laws of Pakistan, is prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate the Services for any Customer that exposes the Company to legal liability or threatens its ability to provide services to other customers. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims resulting from your use of the Services.

5.3     No Illegal or Harmful Use – You may not use the Services to publish content or engage in activity that is harmful to others or illegal under applicable law, including without limitation in connection with any of the following illegal, harmful or fraudulent activities:

  • Disclosing private sensitive personal information about others.
  • Distributing malware or other malicious code.
  • Engaging in the unlawful distribution of controlled substances and drug contraband.
  • Engaging in the unlawful distribution of prescription medications, including, but not limited to, promotion, marketing, or sale of prescription medications without a valid prescription.
  • Gambling content not allowed also.
  • Hosting pornography or content that is potentially pornographic (Any website found to be hosting pornography or linking to pornography will be suspended immediately without notice and reported to law enforcement.
  • Hosting FOREX, E-Gold Exchange, Second Life/Linden Exchange, Ponzi, MLM/Pyramid Scheme, High-Yield Interest Programs (HYIP) or related sites.
  • Hosting or linking to a website intended to deceive the public including, but not limited to sites listed at orgescrow-fraud.com.
  • Hosting or linking to an anonymous proxy server.
  • Infringing upon the Intellectual Property Rights of Others. This includes, but is not limited to, the unauthorized copying or distribution of movies, music, books, photographs, software/warez, or any other copyrighted work.
  • Money laundering.
  • Any material that is against Islamic or any other Religion.
  • Any politically inciteful material as determined by the Pakistan Penal Code.
  • Any material that causes racism, sexism or divisions in society.
  • Phishing or engaging in identity theft; and Selling weapons or ammunition.

5.4     No Unauthorized System Access or Network Abuse – You may not use the Services to gain access into any network or system without permission. Prohibited activities include:

  • Accessing another network without permission, to probe or scan for vulnerabilities or breach security or authentication measures.
  • Attacking other networks (i.e. Denial of Service (DoS) attacks).
  • Intercepting or monitoring data without permission.
  • Running a file sharing site.
  • Running any software that interfaces with an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) network.
  • Using any deep-link, page-scrape, robot, crawl, index, spider, offline reader, click spam, macro programs, internet agent, or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology which does the same things, to use, access, copy, index, acquire information, generate impressions or clicks, input information, store information, search, generate searches, or monitor any portion of our website or servers for any unauthorized purpose.
  • UCE (Unsolicited Commerce Email) – SPAM Policy: Spamming is the sending of unsolicited e-mail, to persons the sender does not know or have prior consent to send the message to. We have a very strict spam protection policy. This also includes sending unsolicited advertisements to newsgroups, email addresses and/or generating a high volume of outgoing email. There are many ways that someone can hide their identity on the Internet, and we are aware of these ways, so be assured that your account would not be terminated until we are not fully sure that they have indeed abused our services. Sending mails through script should always be less than 500 in an hour, consistent violation of this limit will result in account suspension. Also you should script your emails to be sent in intervals of at-least 7 to 10 seconds apart so there is not undue load on the server. Any account found in violation of this will be cancelled immediately. Please report any instances of spamming to stariz.pk@gmail.com, with as much details as possible, by clearly identifying the source of the spam email account.

STARIZ.PK have rights to revise or change its Terms and Conditions, Policies, Pricing anytime.
